  • i put the sign up due to being frustrated with the builders and endless snagging issues also some of the residents in our block had 30 pieces of silver, when we did not – why , well we are down to earth types and our heed isnt up our own ar*es

we sold up to move here and its been a total pointless waste of time ( close to 300k ) i cant see us getting any gain for at least 2/3 yrs dont think we will stay that long anyway

sign – it did the trick although the problem now is very pompus residents ,some who can be, others who think they are, its like an old folks home here all downsizers whom dont realise this place will be swarming with travellers in the very near future hope all the pic /tables ni hallways are bolted down

we cant wait to leave, nice views , well so i keep getting told by people … you cant choose your neighbours – next problem is the lazy cleaners

  • you poor soul, 300k for that pile of junk, will be worth about 100k in 5 years,

looks exactly like 70s council block

  • i think someone will buy it for what we paid for it , very much doubt it wil be worth 100k in 5 years ..thats just being silly and unconstrustive ..id say close to 500k

i work hard for my £…

dont get me wrong it would be nice if things had been done properly and i do think the area will take off in years to come , like docklands did , loads of empty flat but look at them now .once the area has shops and some kinda life ….

i dont think it too much to ask for what we paid for quality wise that my only gripe about it .

id like to see the block your talking about . where is it exactly ????
